Our story
Arcune Plumbing was founded in Los Altos in 2000 by Randy Arcune, a plumber with over 40 years of hands-on experience. After decades in the trade, he was tired of the contractor stereotypes: late arrivals, vague pricing, messy work, and the classic "it'll cost more than we estimated" surprise.
He built this company to be different. Every system, every process, and every hire is designed around one principle: treat every customer's home like it's your own. That means showing up on time, explaining the problem clearly, quoting the price before we start, doing clean work, and standing behind the results.
Today, Arcune Plumbing serves homeowners and businesses across the Bay Area. Our growth has been almost entirely through word-of-mouth referrals - the kind of growth that only happens when customers genuinely trust you.
