“I had a hot water heater begin to leak on a Friday afternoon at 1pm. I called Randy & left a message. Within 1 hour he'd returned my call & was having one of his folks headed to my house. His contractor, Matt, was terrific and even though he wasn't familiar with our setup (the hot water heater also has an internal fan that blows hot air through the house, no furnace), he figured it out. He located a replacement, not a standard hot water heater, & picked it up. Although it was a long evening, he had us back up with a new water heater by 8pm. They were very professional & I would highly recommend them!”
